sliding glass door latch problems

Question

there are 2 hooks on the latch that engage in the hardware on the frame. the bottom hook does not
move down when the lever is pushed. pictures of latch attached. ( locking latch )

Thanks for reaching out to us! It sounds like the mortise lock on the inside of your door is damaged. I'm confident we can provide a replacement recommendation for this lock but I'll need to see a photo of the entire lock to recommend a replacement.

Please also confirm the measurement for the distance between the top and bottom installation holes.
