I found a serial/model number in the door pane CCMC#12765-L. The locking mechanism no longer works. I assume its the mortise lock, but the door does not have an external keyhole, only a latch inside the door. From end of top screw to the end of the bottom screw is 4.5". The length of the lock is 6".

I'm afraid the number you gave doesn't tell us anything about the hardware your door uses. In order for us to help, we will need to see photos of the lock in question. It would also be helpful to see the handle set.
