sliding glass door lock needs adjustment

Home Owner from Key Largo, Florida
I have double hook locks on my sliding glass doors. Sometimes it takes a great deal of effort to close the lock.
Since the doors are only four years old and no wear or damage is visible, I think the locks just need adjustment. How does one adjust these locks?

Looking at your photos, see if you can adjust your door by raising or lowering the keeper in the Jamb. The other type of adjustment is in the mortise latch itself. Take a look at the face plate, you seem to have two small slot type screws; one just above the top hook and one just below the bottom hook. Those screws, when turned, will bring the hook outward or inward. Also check the adjustments in the door rollers. That could also help the operation of the door.
