Hi
I have a rental with a sliding glass patio door with both rollers removed. Any idea how to narrow down what the right rollers are without having one to compare?

It'll be tough, but there are a few possibilities. Look at the list I made on the right side of this page. There are no guarantees, but by my eye these rollers look like they could potentially be compatible with your door.
One important detail to take note of is how the roller housing is secured in the door rail. Do you have a notch or cut out or possibly a screw hole to secure the roller into the door? If you'r enot sure, remove the bottom rail in the door and send us some photos of it from different angles. Knowing it's dimensions will also help, especially the screw hole center spacing. We will need to know the distance between the two holes in the picture above. That could narrow down the roller.
Finally, are there any names or labels on the door? If not, send us some photos of the door handle. That might give us a clue as to the manufacturer.
