sliding glass door roller(s)

A contractor from Los Altos CA says:
Older (ca 1974) large (8') slider, roller has finally given up. Can't identify replacement possibility, so I need help. Please note in photo the small but sturdy flanges protruding which serve to secure the roller to the bottom door. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Thanks for contacting us. I thought I knew what this was at first; I felt pretty confident that this could be replaced by our 81-144 or 81-269. Then you mentioned those flanges and I realized how different yours is.

I couldn't find anything exactly like this, but I'm going to pass this to my colleague Dave to see if he recognizes it. He has a lot more knowledge than I do in the field of sliding glass patio doors. In the meantime, look at our 81-269 and note the bumps on the side. This makes the overall width of the roller assembly 13/16". Could these work in the same capacity as those flanges? Let me know what you think.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Thanks again for waiting. Unfortunately, we couldn't find anything similar to the roller you have in your photos. I'm afraid the 81-269 is the only option we have that may work. I would check out the width of the bumps Tom mentioned and see if you could maybe install this.
