What's the difference in tandem rollers and double wheel rollers

I can't find door company name on the door, have the rollers out . Name on the roller is truth # 31 721 a . You two rollers that will fit, not sure which one I need , glass doors have two rollers one each side the door. Thanks for any help for I order.

For a tandem roller, adjustment is on the side between the wheels; on a double roller, the adjustment is on the end of housing instead.

As for what you have, I can't say for sure. That number does not reference anything we have. Could it be something like our 18-018? If not, please remove the roller in question from the door and take a few pictures of it to upload here. Thanks!
