I'm looking to replace this roller on three sliding glass doors, and I'm wanting to get a new roller with nylon wheels. As of now its metal on metal (metal wheels on metal track) and they cause some noise. I'd like to replace them with nylon to quiet/lessen the noise. Do you carry a roller that matches it with nylon wheels or would I just have to replace the wheels?
- Thanks, Phil

Please look at our 81-157 roller. The bracket measurements seem to be the same. The wheels, however, are only 1-1/4" in diameter while yours are 1-1/2". I believe it should still work for your door, though. You will just have to adjust the rollers to the correct height to make up the difference.

The real height difference is only one half of the roller difference. 1/8" is usually not enough to matter. That said, sometimes it does matter. Judging only by your pictures, it looks like you have around 1/8" of adjustment left. If both old rollers are adjusted the same, the new rollers should have the same height as the old ones when maxed out. This won't leave room to go higher, so you be the judge. I hope this rambling makes sense.
