The real height difference is only one half of the roller difference. 1/8" is usually not enough to matter. That said, sometimes it does matter. Judging only by your pictures, it looks like you have around 1/8" of adjustment left. If both old rollers are adjusted the same, the new rollers should have the same height as the old ones when maxed out. This won't leave room to go higher, so you be the judge.
