sliding glass door rollers and handles

Question

Hello, I have an older AFG sliding glass door that's in need of some refreshing. I need the roller kits for both doors and handles for both doors.
My door (as far as I can tell) is an:

AFG C1874
BS 6206A
Tempered
16CFR 1201 CII
ANSI 296.1 - 1984
3/16 USGCC - 220

Can you describe which parts I would need for each door?
