sliding glass door track rail

Quick Learner from Anaheim, CA
Hello. My track rail has bent and is falling over under the weight of the glass door. The picture without a finger in it is an identical sliding door that has a better design with plastic surrounding the rail to prevent it from falling over/twisting. I would love to find a duplicate to replace the bad rail but at this point I'll take anything that works. I can't find any information anywhere on this door. I'm hoping someone will recognize this or know a solution. Thank you! This is a vinyl door if that matters.

Hello there. Check out our 80-106 6' Sliding Glass Door Track. See the video below that shows how to install this new track. Do you think you could use this for your door? Since you need 96" worth, you would need two tracks that you could adjoin together. You could then cut off the excess length with a hacksaw like our 75-023A.  Review the video and let me know if you think this route has promise for you.

That 80-106 would be perfect if the rail was in the center. That's the closest I've seen so I appreciate your help. Do you know of that same style track with the rail in the center?
Thank you!

We unfortunately don't sell a version of this with a centered rail. That said, it may still work for you. The 80-106 is intentionally designed to be much skinnier than the full track you see in most patio doors. This gives you a certain amount of wiggle room when it comes to installation. I've personally installed it in a centered position for many doors.
