sliding glass door vertical extruded weather shield

Question

looking for a replacement for weatherstripping piece on my sliding wood and glass door. The existing part is bent and gets jammed when I try to open or close the door.
See attached photo and sketch of profile with dimensions.
I don't know the manufacturer of the door.
