sliding glass door wheels

Hi,
My name is Jim Lynch. I've purchased parts from Swisco in the past with great results. Thank you! I'm looking for a wheel assembly for a Stanley sliding glass door. I've attached 3 pictures. The plastic wheels are wobbling after about a year, making it difficult to open. I believe the Stanley door number is 600001. I'm sure you can help. I would like pricing and lead time.
