sliding glass patio door

Question

1980's sliding door rest of the house has philips windows so I'm thinking it might be made by them. Need help identifying the latch and lock. Need the whole thing in and out if possible.

Take a look at our 82-003 lock set and see if this is a match. Make sure to compare the distance between the installation holes to confirm that they match.
