Take a look at our 23-064 mirror door roller. Look it over and see if you think this is what you need.

I ordered this part and it doesn't work as a replacement. The wheel is too short compared to the other side and the sliding door drags along the metal track.

I'm very surprised to hear that. I've been recommending the 23-064 to replace your roller for years and I've had countless customers tell me it works well. Based on the issue you describe, it sounds like it could be a matter of adjustment. Have you tried adjusting the roller to make up for the difference?
