Hello there. It sounds like you might need new wool pile. There are many different kinds. Can you tell us the size of the base and the height of the pile? Wool pile dimensions are very discrete, often going into the X/32" range, so be as detailed as possible. See the video on this page for further details. We'll do our best to help from there.
