I haven't been able to find any bug flap that fits your specifications exactly. I wonder if you can use a wool pile. Take a look at our 58-179. The dimensions are not exact, but recheck your groove on the door and see if you can use the 3/16" leg. The height is 5/8" so also see if that will suit your purpose.

3/16" could ? but height realy 3/4" closer to 7/8

Make sure that you don't just measure the vinyl sweep, measure the distance between the screen door and the glass door with the patio screen door in the closed position. Maybe the 5/8" height will be tall enough to close the gap. Also check the 3/16" in the channel to see if that will work for you, as well. Finally, try cutting a length of "shirt" card board 3/16" wide and try it in the screen door.
