I am the resident handyman in our 55+ "The Lanterns"community built by The Green Company. New people moved into an existing 7 year old home. Their sliding patio door does not have a sliding screen door but the latch is present. I would need to order a sliding screen door (36") and a new lock set so they can lock the door from the outside (currently can only be locked from the inside). The Warranty Label on the door is as follows: The door product line ID 5800.
