We don't have exact replacements for your hardware, but we have a few parts that look close. Keep in mind that I'm basing these recommendations purely off of design; I don't know what your precise dimensions are and you will need to carefully compare ours to yours to confirm if our products can work.

That said, see our 91-050 slide bolt pair, as well as our 95-236 tilt key and 95-231 corner.
