The bottom guides have disintegrated and the window will not slide. These are old windows that we put in years ago. There is no brand on them that I can find. I think the local window company, who no longer is in business, built them for me.
I have pictures. If I can't get these, do you have any suggestions how I can make the windows so they will slide? I am thinking about taking the top sliders off and putting them on the bottom, because if I turn the window upside down, then it slides, but of course I cannot lock it. Thank you. Ruthie
