sliding window guides

Question

I am trying to find replacement parts for my sliding window. The inserts are 1/2" long and around 1/4 wide. Please see attached photos. I have been to Home Depot, they referred me to your website.

I don't know who made these windows, purchased this condo 2 years ago.

Good morning, and thanks for posting. It's a bit hard to tell without seeing your piece removed from the window, but please see our 67-014 snap-in face guide, or perhaps our 67-015 screw-on face guide. Could either of these be used as replacements for you?
