Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say that we do not carry a suitable replacement for your existing CertainTeed sliding window roller. Unfortunately, none of our existing rollers would fit into the space where your plastic housing sits.

Our next best solution would be to replace the wheel. Take a look at the 87-058 Window Roller BB Wheel. Carefully review the dimensions and design to determine if this could possibly work to repair your window roller.
