we are trying to remove the screw from the old lock, but there is no screw head. the lock was broken off in a hail storm. I can't figure out how to get the screw out so I can put the new lock on.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. I see you were looking at our 90-026. Is this what you have? Either way, can you show us a few pictures of the problem lock? That will help us come up with a solution.
