sliding window tabs

the plastic tabs that hold the window frame in the rough opening of a basement window. You pull out on the tabs to take the entire window out of the opening. I'M TRYING TO FIND REPLACEMENTS SINCE A CONTRACTOR BROKE THESE WHILE REMOVING THE WINDOW.

I believe we may have what you need. But, before I begin tossing suggestions out there, I would like to know if we can see some photos of the tabs?
