2 years ago i ordered this balancer - i used old broken balancer part number and i change both balancer for most of the windows now balancers (2) of one window is broken and all windows opens hardly i thought it is possible that old part number is wrong i wrote the window size to hear your suggestion.

Thanks for posting. What part number did you use to purchase your balance? Can you also tell me what you purchased, exactly?
The reason I ask is because the stamp printed on your metal channel is not a part number, and should not be used for identification. If that's what you used, then that's probably why you're having issues. Let me know.
As for the take out clip, it looks like it could be our 16-023. Look it over and let me know what you think.
