I'm afraid I don't recognize this part from these photos. Would you be able to remove it and show us a picture of it by itself? Thank you!

additional photos as requested, note that the photo of the roller still in the track shows the horizontal plastic wheel that is part of the part but which is missing in the bad part I need to replace

Thank you! We don't currently have anything like this, but I'm happy to research any possible match we can find. Can you just tell me the diameter and thickness of those wheels? In the meantime, I'll look into some different options to see what we can dig up.
