smaller bottom fittings

Hello, I am disappointed to find out that I also need smaller bottom fittings. I recently ordered 24 of the 30" 380 series because this website said to compensate for wear when measuring the old channel balances. The 380 series with 1" depth does not fit, so I'm tempted to shave them down with a dremel.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your replacement balances. If your bottom fittings actually measure 7/8" deep, we also offer the S378-30 channel balances that use the 15-029 shoe shown below. If the depth matches your original balance shoes, you can follow our return policy here to send back the S380 balances.
