snap in glazing Devon II Double-Hung Window

Hi need help finding the correct snap in glazing Devon II Double-Hung Window. I have included two pictures one has measurement associated with the piece. it is a vinyl fused window produced in 2002. I also attached a hand drawn sketch. for clarity.
