snap-in glazing bead for a General Aluminum 1440 Series window.

I am looking for a replacement snap-in glazing bead for a General Aluminum 1440 Series window. I used the SWISCO 55-203 as a reference, but my original bead has a 3/16" top width rather than their 5/16". Is the 55-120 or the 55-180 the correct slimmer alternative for this series, or is there a specific 'Texas-spec' version that fits this 3/16" gap?Measurements were as close as I could get with my plastic Harbor Freight utility caliper.  My digital has a dead battery.

Hello,

Our closest match would be the 55-180 glazing bead. Review the specifications below and see what you think. Thanks for posting!

I just compared my measurements for the 55-180 against your spec sheet. It turns out I’m consistently wrong by exactly 1/16th of an inch across the board. I’ll take points for consistency, even if my cheap plastic calipers failed me. Thanks for the quick response!
