Hello. My name is Liz. I own a condo built in 1982. I have been asking every handyman and home improvement store person I could, even offered to pay, but no one can tell me what product I need to get to fix the front of my aluminum windows as you can see in the photos. I think what I need is snap in window glazing bead. But that is as far as I got. The color of the stuff in my windows now is gray, but it seems possible it was a different color years ago. Could you please help me figure out what to get and how to measure so I get the right size when I buy something?
Thank you very much! I am NOT handy at all and this is all very frustrating and disheartening. I want to fix it before the condo HOA fines me for unkept windows or something.

My windows are aluminum windows from 1982.

Hi, Liz. Is it possible to remove a section of this and take a photo "in profile," like the photo below? If we get a good look, we can try to identify a replacement.
