snap-on glazing for my windows

Question

I am looking for some . Windows are 25~ years old and I am not sure of brand. Attached are photos of existing black glazing. Do you have anything that might work in its place? Color is not a deal breaker as I can paint new galzing. I can purchase small samples if required to try fit. Will need several hundred feet if I can find a match.
