It's tough to say. it looks like the socket is contoured to fit the design of the track, which is fairly atypical itself. Overall it seems like the opening you need exceeds 1", which is not something we can provide. Due to the design of the track, this may be something you can only get from the original manufacturer of the cabinet, but they already said they can't help you. I don't know why they can't, if they made it.

Is this a side load track? One idea would be to replace it entirely with one of our self closing drawer tracks, which you can see here, and then using a new socket like our 32-018.
