All we really need is the solid wheel-axle with dimensions:

axle length: 0.492" (12.5mm)

axle diameter: 0.188" (4.75mm)

wheel diameter: 0.500" (12.7mm)

"Western Products" are the only words on the windows,

which are some 30-years old.
