spiral available as part for sale ?

here is a spiral which I have on windows. do you have or know where a new one can be bought? this spiral was under tension. do you know of how or a tool to apply tension? do you know what kind of lubricant to use on this spiral? any info would be helpful. thanks.

Ah, this balance isn't available. We suggest the 5/8" Series 500 non-tilt spiral balance with the 17-012 bottom sash bracket. This set-up is commonly used for wood windows. We would need the glass height of the sash that the balance is for, though, to tell you which Series 500 balance to go with. What are the dimensions of the visible square of glass in your sash? As well, is this for the top or bottom sash? That will help us figure it out.
