spiral balance..

A quick learner from San Diego, CA says:
Sirs.

trying to identify a spiral balance.

it is 28" length. 3/8 diameter. it does not have anymore the plastic ending.

no idea what was the original color.

Thanks for posting. Was this balance for a tilt window? If it's a tilt window, and you are certain the outer tube is 28" long and 3/8" in diameter, then it sounds like you need a S900-29. You'll need to measure the exact weight of the window sash to decide what color tip option you need. If it's for a non-tilt window, you'll need to show us pictures of an undamaged version of the balance, perhaps from the same set or from a similar sized window.
