To whom it may concern, I am looking for a spiral window balance, which is 20"long, 1/2" diameter, with a blue tip (according to your measuring instructions on your site). Could you please direct me where on your website I can find such an item?

Thank you! From your photos, I recommend our S600-20 blue tip spiral balance. You might also want a 75-006 charging tool to help with the installation. We pulled up some media guides to help you on the right side of this page.
