Hello, thanks for writing in. Assuming this is for a tilt window, the exact diameter of the outer tube is going to be crucial. If it is 9/16", then that would be our Series 600. If the length of the outer tube is 29 7/8", then you'll need our S600-30. Finally, a 17.6 pound window would correlate to a red tip. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
