I'm looking for this window balance, it is 22" x 3/8, but I can't find it with yellow tip.... I also need the other piece

Thanks for reaching out to us. If the outer tube is 3/8" in diameter then I'd recommend the S900-22. To determine the proper tip color for your replacements, you'll need to weigh the window sash on a scale to get the precise weight.

As for the pivot shoe, can you write out the width and thickness? That should help us narrow down some options.
