Hello, do you carry these window balances?

Hi there!
This appears to be a tilt window. With that in mind, have a look at the 3/8" Series 900 or 5/8" Series 600 spiral balances. You'll have to measure the outer tube of the old balance to confirm which is best for your repair.
We'd be happy to help with this pivot shoe if you need that as well. We will just need to see a photo of an undamaged version removed from the window track along with the written-out thickness and width.
