Spiral balance tilt window that has one balance that is halfway functioning. The other issue (picture) is that the "tabs" (or ??) that are typically on the sash are not there. Never had this issue before. Is that parts available as well???

Hello,

Take a look at the (3/8") S900 or (5/8") S600 spiral balances for tilt windows. The determining factor would be the diameter of the housing tube.

As for the missing pivot bar, there's a good chance that we can help but we would need to see an intact pivot removed from the other side or an identical window to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to assist you in the meantime. Thank you!

So the spiral balance is the smaller diameter (3/8) of the two offered and the attached pics are the existing shoe and the remaining piece of the pivot bar that i removed from the window. So essentially my needs are to spiral balances (3/8 dia x 15 long with blue id on it) two, pivot pins to replace broken / non-existing ones, that will work with that shoe pictured or in addition 2 new shoes as well...

Thanks for getting back to us. We can't be sure with the part installed but your photo resembles the 15-178 or 15-188 pivot shoe. Review the dimensions below to determine the correct match.

We also can't confirm the pivot bar that you need based on a damaged part but these pivot shoes are commonly used with the 26-226. That doesn't necessarily mean that is what you have but it is a good place to start. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to an intact version removed from the other side or an identical window.
