spiral balance

Question

I sent pictures already and I think 3/8 will work. Now the color is hard to decide. It doesn't look red or yellow to me. the window bottom is about 33'x30.  What color do I pick?

I'm afraid I can't determine what color option you have, either. It's just too faded.

Since the color is too faded to read, your only option is to weigh your sash on a scale to determine its weight. Any common bathroom scale will do. We have a chart on each balance's store page that tells you precisely how much weight each option supports.
