spiral balance for hurricane window

I need a spiral balance and I don't know which one to order. The tube is 28 inches long and it has a black tip. This is for a hurricane rated window. Thanks for the help.

You could have a S600-28 with a Black Tip, but I can't be sure. Is the diameter of the outer tube 5/8"? Also, is the window tilt or non-tilt?

The window is a non-tilt and the diameter of the tube is 5/8".

Keep in mind that two S500-28 spiral balances with a Black Tip can carry a window sash weight range of 31 through 40 pounds. If your sash weight does not fall within that range, please let me know!
