spiral balance installation screw nut

Question

Please help me to identify a replacement part for the plastic square nut in the photo. It measure roughly 3/8" square and is the nut for 5/8" spiral balance installation screw. Looks like it's simply press-fit into the channel. Thank you!

Good Morning! This piece looks like our 26-200 Balance Screw Plug. This is used in windows to give the balances something to screw onto when the hole is otherwise too big to use a screw. Look this part over and see what you think!
