25" Long Balance Tube

Hello! Can you confirm the diameter of the outer tube? It should be either 3/8" or 9/16". I've never known a balance made to be 7/16" in diameter.

Can you also tell me if the outer tube has a stamp printed anywhere on it? Make sure to look as carefully as you can; it might have faded away over time.

Great, thank you. So, there was one last detail that I forgot to ask for, which is whether or not this is for a tilt window. 

If this balance does install on a tilt window, and if the outer tube is 3/8" in diameter, then I recommend our S900-25. 

If this doesn't install on a tilt window, then I'd like you to take a clear picture of the bottom end of the spiral rod. Please make sure the balance you photo for this purpose isn't damaged.
