spiral balance - non tilt

Question

Hi, I need to replace some spiral balances on non-tilt aluminum windows. The ones I'm taking off are green tip, 9/16, 24". When going to order replacements on your site, I note that you do not offer that size in green. Which one would you recommend?

We recommend you weigh your sash on a scale to determine what tip color option you'll need for your replacements. There's a chart under the product description on the S500-24's store page that you can use to see which color tip is best based on the weight of the sash.
