spiral balance of Tilt Window

Hi, My window weights 35 lbs (about 37.5x30) one pane, what kinds of spiral balance should I choose from  (is it blue color or black color?)

If your sash is 35 pounds then you want the black tip color option. This carries 31 through 40 pounds. The Blue tip would be too weak since it only carries 12 through 31.
