spiral balance replacement

Need to replace the balance on a non tilt window. The existing balance is 17 inches and 5/8's diameter. Please advise the appropriate replacement. Thank you.

This appears to be a S500-17 to me. Just look it over to confirm. You likely need a Red Tip color option, but you can always obtain the exact weight of your window sash to confirm.
