spiral balance rods

Need new spiral balance rods with nylon shoes, for our 1960's aluminum, non-tilt, single hung windows. Do not see any color tip
what do I need to do to find the correct replacement spiral balance rod

Thanks for posting. If your balance does not have a colored tip, you'll have to weigh your sash on a scale and see if the Red Tip option we show for on the S300-26 store page will work. If not, let us know.
