Looks like you have an old discontinued pivot shoe. I believe you can use our 15-015 as a substitute. This shoe is 1-1/4" wide by 17/32" thick. Please compare these dimensions to yours to confirm. We also suggest a 75-006 charging tool to make the installation a little easier.

We pulled up some video guides to help you to take out and install a new pivot shoe.
