Spiral Balance Unavailable Color?

The spring in my window is 3/8 diameter and 30 inches long. It has a black tip. I do not see that option. What would be the equal . color. What is that part number.

Some older spiral balance use color tips that no longer exist. If that's the case here, and you're certain the balance is 30" long and 3/8" diameter, also confirm this is is for a tilt window. Is that correct? If so, you need the S900-30. Obtain the weight of the window sash. Under the product description on the S900-30 shop page you'll see a list showing the weight ranges for each tip color we offer. You can use that chart to choose your correct replacement.
