spiral balance spring loaded

I need to replace this part. How do I go about getting the correct size and part?

This looks like a typical spiral balance for a tilt window. You only have two options, and it will depend on the diameter of the outer tube: the Series 900, which has a 3/8" diameter tube, and the Series 600, which has a 9/16" diameter tube.
