spiral balance tilt in window pivot lock shoe

I am maintenance tech at Morguard apartments, in need of replacement parts as shown in pictures.
1. pivot lock show tilt in.
2. Sash pivot bar to fit above with spring
3 Sash pivot bar to fit above without spring.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately we have not come across this style of U-shaped pivot bar that is also used with a spring. Would it be possible to see the pivot bar and spring removed from the window sash to get a closer look at the overall style?

Please also provide a picture of the pivot shoe that is needed removed from the window along with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. Thank you!
